Scar

Scar on forehead is very unfortunate. Its revision is cosmetically inevitable. Various modalities include proper repair, revision of scar, transposition of flaps and in worst cases grafting. This patient did very well by revision of scar and multiple Z-plasty.

In some cases, if there is a depressed fracture and no other functional deficit persists, bone grafting may be considered.
